Competition Format:

The competition will be conducted in two phases:

  1. Qualification Phase: In this phase, the Player’s Competition will be organized in each State and Union Territory separately.
  2. National Phase: Each player selected in the Qualification Phase will be given a chance to compete at the National Level.

The Selection process of players for the National Phase

  1. The players who finish the First Three Positions in the Individual Sports competition will get a chance to participate in the National Competition.
  2. Whereas the First, Second, and, third Place holder teams in Team Sports will get direct entry into the National Competition.
  3. Forth to tenth position holder players in Individual Games and Third position holder team in Team Games also can compete in National events but they will have to pay half of the expenses during the National Competition.

Games/Activities List:

            The Sports (Games) and activities List is as follows, check them out and learn about the name of the Sports, which are going to be played in the upcoming competition.

1. Individual Games/Activities

  1. Archery, Badminton, Body Building, Boxing, Chess, Cycling, Judo, Karate, Shooting, Skating, Swimming, TableTennis, Taekwondo, Tennis, Weight Lifting, Wu-Shoo, Wrestling
  2. Co-Curriculum Activities
  3. Dancing, GK Paper, Drawing, Painting, Singing
  4. Athletics
  5. 100 Meter, 200 Meter, 400 Meter, 800 Meter, 1500 Meter, 3000 Meter, 5000 Meter, 10000 Meter, High Jump, Long Jump, Javelin Throw, Discus Throw, Shot Put, Triple Jump

2. Team Games

          Basket Ball, Cricket, Football, Handball, Hockey, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Target Ball, Tennis Ball Cricket, Volleyball Smashing

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Players can only represent their bonafide State/UT/Unit that is mentioned on their Birth Certificate.
  2. Players must be only Indian.
  3. A player can participate in more than one game but for this, he/she has to register separately for each game/activity.
  4. In a team game, a team can be formed by taking players from any Village, Panchayat, School, or College, and three or four Wards from any City/ Tehsil/ Taluka/ Block/ District. Only 2-3 additional players can be included in any team.
  5. Teams from sports academies are not allowed to participate in team sports.
  6. Students can download their GK Paper syllabus from the website or can also get it delivered in their mail on request.
  7. Cash prizes will be awarded only if there are at least 100 players in the Individual Event and at least 32 teams in the Team Games in the Qualification Phase. If the total number of Players/Teams does not meet the criteria, then half of the expenses of the National Games will have to be borne by the participating players.
  8. Players are required to bring their own sports equipment during the competition. The organization will provide only essential items.
  9. The Committee of Youth Overall Games Association reserves all the right to modify any Rules and Regulations at any time. In this, no player, coach, or person will have any right to object and all the Rules and Regulations will have to be strictly followed.
  10. Determination of the Age Groups of the players for the competition will be as follows:

Individual Competition        Team Competition

        1. Under-12                                        1. U-16

        2. Under-14                                        2. U-19

        3. Under-17                                        3. Senior Open

        4. Under-19

        5. Senior Open

Note: - Age will be calculated from 31st December of the year.

Documents:

The submission of the below-mentioned documents is mandatory for eligibility for participation in the competition. All the participants are requested to bring two sets of the below-given documents along with the printout of their online application form, which shall be submitted at the venue of the tournament.

  1. Online Entry Form: Duly signed by the competitor, Parents, Coach, & Manager on the printout taken after filling out the official entry form online.
  2. Aadhar Card: Two self-attested copies of the Aadhar Card. Participants are requested to bring their Original Aadhar Card with them and need to show it whenever asked by the authorities.
  3. Birth Certificate: Two self-attested copies of Birth certificates also attested by Gazetted officer. Only the certificate, which is issued by the Statistic Department of state/UT Govt. /Central Govt. or Municipal Corporation, shall be acceptable.
  4. Previous Year Exam Mark Sheet: Two self-attested copies of the last passed class Mark sheet also attested by the Gazetted Officer.
  5. Latest Photos: Two passport-size latest photos.

Registration Fees: To compete in the Qualification Phase, the Players will have to register online and the registration fee will be as given below:

  • Rs. 300/- for Individual Games
  • Rs. 2100/- for Team Games

Note: Players will have to register separately for different games. The registration fee will be the same for both boys and girls. No hidden charges are applied other than mess charges during state games.

LAST DATE: TUESDAY, 28th FEBRUARY 2023

Late Fee: Rs. 200/- for Individual Sports and Rs. 1000/- for Team Sports till the start of the competition.

Awards (Qualification Phase):

Individual Sports:

  • First Prize: Rs 21,000/- Cash plus winning Trophy & Gold Medal
  • Second Prize: Rs 15,000/- Cash plus Runner-Up Trophy & Silver Medal
  • Third Prize: Rs. 11,000/- Cash plus Trophy& Bronze Medal

Team Sports:

  • First Prize: Rs. 1,00,000/- Cash plus Team Trophy & Gold Medals
  • Second Prize: Rs. 50,000/- Cash plus Team Trophy & Silver Medals
  • Third Prize: Rs.20,000/- Cash plus Team Trophy & Bronze Medals

OTHER BENEFITS:

  • Apart from this, the first five ranked players will be given free training for one year at KSW Training Centre
  • All other participating players will be given a 50% rebate on the training fee at KSW Training Centre
  • State Level Certificate to every player

Note:

  • If fewer than eight states participate in any National Games competition, those games will be cancelled for that year or the Cash Prize will not be provided to the participating players.
  • The Registration Fee will not be refunded to any player if any game is cancelled.
  • National Event expenses will be deducted from the winning cash of a particular participant.
  • A winning cash prize will be not given if any player does not participate in the national competition.
  • Players who are participating in any two or more Track Events can form a team for Relay Race and participate in Relay Races without paying any Registration Fee. Only medals will be given to Winners of the Relay Race, there will be no Cash Prize for this.

Prizes at National Phase:

  • Winners: 1 lakh Rupees Cash to every player plus Trophy & Gold Medals
  • Runners: Rs.50,000/- Rupees Cash to every player plus Trophy & Silver Medals
