STATE/UTs AFFILIATION
We need staff to conduct the organization's activities in all the states and union territories of India, so the person who can take this responsibility can apply for affiliation with the organization. The eligibility to apply and the benefits of joining the Organization are given below. Please read them carefully and apply for affiliation before 31 March 2023.
Eligibility to Apply:
- The candidate must be 21 years of age and must be a citizen of India.
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of the State or Union Territory for which he is applying.
- The person applying must have any special qualification in any sports activity.
- It will be mandatory to give a rent deed or affidavit to the office of the institution.
- The organization should consist of a group of at least 7 persons consisting of the President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
- The Secretary of State/UTs will have to deposit Rs 15000/- as an affiliation fee through a Demand Draft or Check in the name of the Association, which will have to be renewed every year by paying Rs 5100/- in the month of January.
- The Secretary of State shall notify the Head Office of the Association of new members joining and any member leaving the Association.
- The membership fee for each new member will be Rs.1100/- and the renewal fee will be Rs.200/- per annum.
- A logo and a flag of the organization will have to be made which will represent their respective State/Union Territory.
- The record of all the activities of the organization will have to be kept safe and it will have to be shown to the officers of the organization on demand.
Facilities and Benefits:
- The States/UTs Association will have the right to organize state-level competition in their respective States/UTs.
- The players will have to provide a State Level Certificate, the format of which will have to be approved by the National Governing Body.
- The States/UTs Association will have the right to the donation and sponsorship amount received during the State Level Competition.
- A 50% dividend of the National Games will be distributed among all sports federations on the basis of work done in their States/UTs.
- The best-performing members will be given a bonus as well as a chance to travel abroad with their families.

राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों की संबद्धता
हमें भारत के सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में संगठन की गतिविधियों का संचालन करने के लिए कर्मचारियों की आवश्यकता है, इसलिए जो व्यक्ति यह जिम्मेदारी ले सकता है वह संगठन के साथ संबद्धता (Affiliation) के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है। आवेदन करने की पात्रता और संगठन में शामिल होने के लाभ नीचे दिए गए हैं। कृपया इन्हें ध्यान से पढ़ें और वर्ष 2023 के संबद्धता के लिए आवेदन करें।
आवेदन करने की पात्रता:
- उम्मीदवार की आयु 21 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और वह भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए।
- उम्मीदवार को उस राज्य या केंद्र शासित प्रदेश का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए जिसके लिए वह आवेदन कर रहा है।
- आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्ति के पास किसी भी खेल गतिविधि में कोई विशेष योग्यता होनी चाहिए।
- संस्था के कार्यालय के लिए किरायानामा या शपथ पत्र देना अनिवार्य होगा।
- संगठन में कम से कम 7 व्यक्तियों का एक समूह होना चाहिए जिसमें अध्यक्ष, सचिव और कोषाध्यक्ष शामिल हों।
- राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के सचिव को संबद्धता शुल्क (Affiliation Fee) के रूप में 15000/- रुपये संस्था के नाम डिमांड ड्राफ्ट या चेक के माध्यम से जमा करने होंगे, जिसे हर साल जनवरी माह में 5100/- रुपये देकर नवीनीकरण कराना होगा।
- राज्य के सचिव को नए सदस्यों के शामिल होने और किसी भी सदस्य के संस्था छोड़ने के बारे में एसोसिएशन के प्रधान कार्यालय को सूचित करना होगा।
- प्रत्येक नए सदस्य के लिए सदस्यता शुल्क 1100/- रुपये और नवीनीकरण शुल्क 200/- रुपये प्रति वर्ष होगा।
- संस्था का एक लोगो और एक झंडा बनाना होगा जो उनके सम्बंधित राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश का प्रतिनिधित्व करेगा।
- संस्था के समस्त कार्यकलापों का रिकॉर्ड सुरक्षित रखना होगा तथा मांगे जाने पर संस्था के अधिकारीयों को दिखाना होगा।
सुविधाएं और लाभ:
- राज्यों/ केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के संघों को अपने-अपने राज्यों/ केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता आयोजित करने का अधिकार होगा।
- खिलाड़ियों को एक राज्य स्तरीय प्रमाण-पत्र देना होगा, जिसके प्रारूप को राष्ट्रीय शासी निकाय (National Governing Body) द्वारा अनुमोदित (Approve) कराना होगा।
- राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता के दौरान प्राप्त दान और प्रायोजन राशि पर राज्यों/ केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के संघ का अधिकार होगा।
- राष्ट्रीय खेलों का 50% लाभांश सभी खेल संघों में उनके राज्यों/ केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में किए गए कार्यों के आधार पर वितरित किया जाएगा।
- सबसे अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने वाले सदस्यों को बोनस के साथ-साथ अपने परिवार के साथ विदेश यात्रा करने का मौका भी दिया जाएगा।
